When editing a template for a version of a procedure, you have the capabilities to copy a group. This functionality copies the selected group and pasts it at the bottom of the template. You can then edit it and re-order accordingly.
To copy a group, click on the menu button on the right side of the header for the group. Then the menu includes an option for "Copy this Group". Clicking this will copy the selected group and paste it at the bottom of the template.
In this example for taking chemical delivery at a water treatment facility, we copied the group with a name of "1. Procedures - Tank A". The name of the new group has "copy" appended to it. Thus, the name of the new group is "1. Procedures -Tank A copy".
Any description and checklist defined for the group are copied without any modifications. Only the name of the group is altered to help provide indication of the new group.
The new group can then be modified. In the example for the water treatment facility, we renamed the name of the group to be number "2" and tank "B". We also updated the description accordingly. We will likely update the checklist for this group to reflect any specific differences from tank to the other.
We can also re-order the groups so this new group is further up and no longer at the end. To re-order a group simply click and hold on the dripper icon on the left side of the group header, then drag it up to re-order the groups accordingly.
